T E N D E R N O T I C E FOR DUPLICATING, PHOTOSTATE, COMPUTER AND KRAFT PAPER
Sealed Tenders are invited from registered with Income Tax & Sales Tax Department, reputed and financially sound stationers, Stockers / Importers & Manufacturers of Category “A” for the supply of Duplicating, Photostat, Computer and Kraft Paper addressed to the Secretary Board of Intermediate Education, Karachi.
Tender Performa may be obtained from the office of the Admin General Section on production of an application on the original letter head of the firm, against payment of Rs.2,000/= (Non-refundable) in shape of pay order in favour of Secretary Board of Intermediate Education, Karachi on any working day between 10:00a.m to 01:00p.m up to 22-10-2010.
Tender may be submitted latest by 02:30p.m on 25-10-2010 and will be opened on the same day at 03:00p.m in presence of the tenderers or their representatives who wish to be present on the occasion; General Sales Tax Registration / Income Tax Certificate must be accompanied with the Tender.
“The Procuring Agency may reject all or any bids subject to the relevant provision of PPRA rules”.
