TENDER NOTICE
Sealed tenders are invited from the reputed and financially sound Companies registered with Sales Tax Department for the purchase of following items:
1. Sever Machines
2. Server Racks
3. DAT Drive
4. MSA Storage
5. Desktop Computers
6. Heavy Duty Laser Printers as per tender document.
Tender Proforma and tender document may be had on production of application on the letter head of the firm from the A.S. General Section against the payment of Rs. 1000/- (One Thousand Rupees only) non refundable, in the shape of pay order in favor of Secretary Board of Intermediate Education, Karachi on any working day between 9.00 AM to 12.00 Noon.
Tender should be accompanied with Pay order @ 5% of the total quoted value as Earnest Money in favour of Secretary Board of Intermediate Education, Karachi.
Tender may be submitted latest by 2:30 P.M on or before _________, and will be opened on the same day at 3:00 P.M. in the presence of the Tender or their representative in the office of Secretary. Copy of General Sales Tax Registration Certificate and National Tax Number must be attached with tender form.
The Chairman reserves the right to accept or reject any or all tender without assigning any reason thereof.
